  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my vicarage House at Whitchurch.

  2. Other benefices: Whitchurch in the same deanry.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At Whit-Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Once every Lord's day with a sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year. There are about sixteen communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Generally in Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & every thing belonging to it is in good repair & well kept, & all things are decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: Twenty eight.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no dissenters, Nor Meeting Houses in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no school - Alms-House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment.

  13. Charity: There are Lands of about thirty shillings yearly value the income of which is applied towards repairing the Church, but by whom given or for what purpose, I can't learn.
